SESSIONS & RATES

*Mobile visits will incur an additional travel fee.

- Initial Evaluation.

(90 minutes) History, evaluation, treatment, instruction on patient-specific exercises and discussion of findings and plan of care.

$295.
If cost / time is an issue or presenting issue is simple, a shorter 60 minute evaluation can be performed with the same components as above, but less time for treatment. (60 min $250)

- Follow up visits.

Typically 1 to 1.5 hours depending on what is needed and agreed upon.

- - $190/hour.

- Whole Body.

These sessions seek to address the underlying structural and postural imbalances that can lead to recurring issues in the first place. This approach combines neuro-informed manual therapy to help release, craniosacral to help rebalance and stabilize, and exercises to help reinforce new postures, patterning and positions. Typical frequency: 1x a month for 9-12 months.

- Craniosacral Treatment.

(1.5-2 hours) Good for those who are experiencing chronic pain, migraines, insomnia, exhaustion, anxiety, depression, or are navigating various forms of acute and/or chronic stress/trauma.

Emotional states, experiences, and/or injury history can lead the body to develop different fascial and other restrictions and brain to adopt various coping mechanisms. These influence movement patterns, neural tension, and the autonomic nervous system. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy that helps to address these restrictions and facilitates the body's own ability to (re)connect, heal and re-integrate. Somato-emotional releases and memories often surface during this type of treatment and some components may be addressed (if deemed mutually comfortable and appropriate by patient and practitioner) during the course of a session.
Working with a good counselor, mental / emotional health practitioner, life coaches and/or spiritual directors can further facilitate the impact of this type of treatment as well and vice versa.
In clinic or *mobile only.

Additional offerings:

- Injury Screens & Hiking Consults.

~20 minutes. This includes a brief history of your pain/injury, some screening tests, and recommendations on next steps and/or exercises to try based on findings. If time permits and is agreed upon, a mini treatment session may be added at additional cost.

- - In clinic or telehealth. $60
- Annual movement / wellness visit.

~30 minutes. For those interested in injury prevention and performance progression, this brief assessment can help to identify faulty movement patterns / issues to focus on in order to facilitate these goals.

- - In clinic or telehealth. $75
- Ergonomic/Work Station Assessment

~ 15 minutes. For those who feel like your body pain may be due to poor work station set up, this includes feedback on posture, position, equipment, and a few exercises that can help mediate your discomfort throughout the day.

- - telehealth visit. $50
