"Everything hurts." For those who would like multiple body parts / areas addressed, please note that not all areas may be adequately evaluated / treated in 1 "eval" or treatment session - multiple evals may be needed, but we will discuss what this will look like at our first visit to ensure everything is addressed as it pertains to what you need and my scope of practice.
Chronic pain / exhausted? For those struggling with chronic fatigue, stress, pain, anxiety/depression, PTSD, or just generally feel plain burnt out, please consider booking a 1.5 hour -2 hour session to allow for a more in-depth / less rushed time that can allow your body to be present, release, process and integrate things on a deeper, more holistic somato-emotional level.
